SR. ALMAZ TAREKEGN

 
 

Sr. Almaz Tarekegn is the founder and the director of Ekklesia Ledihoch Yemisirach Agelgilot. As a director she is responsible for the overall activity of the organization in planning, monitoring and supervising the day to day activities of the ministry. She also organize fundraising events, conduct meetings, deal with government officials, and donors and make important decisions by consulting with the board of directors.

PENIEL BERHANU

Peniel is one of the board members and a volunteer in our ministry. As a daughter of Sr. Almaz, the visionary, she knows every heartbeat and need of the ministry. That is why her contribution in planning, reporting, budgeting and correspondence is invaluable to the ministry. May God bless you for backing us up in everyway possible.

DR. TSEDEY BEZABIH

 

Dr. Tsedey is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and responsible for conducting a board meetings and pass important decisions by consulting with other 6 board members. She is also responsible in vision sharing and testimonials by representing the ministry both locally and internationally.

MAHLET LEMMA

  Mahlet Lemma - Secretary
 

Mahlet is the administrative assistant working at the head office. Since she joined the ministry she has been assisting the director in dealing with Oromia government offices in issues related to reporting, planning, monitoring and evaluations and end year reviews. She is also responsible with any office related works, procurement, printing & publishing works and communication.

YENEALEM DEBEBE

  Yenealem Debebe - Accountant

Yenealem is our Accountant who is responsible with the day to day financial activities of the organization. He deals with auditing, budgets, compiling financial reports, preparing payroll, monitoring and reviewing proforma invoices and follow up procurement activities.

FREW LEGESSE

Frew is the Administrator of Ekklesia Academy in Sendafa. As an administrator all the supervising and overseeing of the academy falls on him. He also deals with any interaction with the different government offices in Sendafa town. He participates in the hiring of manpower, providing supplies for the school and handle any developmental works in the compound.

ALEMTSEHAY LEGESSE

Our Social Worker Alemtsehay is an important asset for the academy due to her devoted interaction with the students and their caregivers. Its her duty to have a home to home visits to each students. She is also responsible to identify any sick children and help them get medical treatment as soon as possible.

EKKLESIA ACADEMY STAFF

The academy has a total of 47 staff. These are 5 head office workers, 2 administrators, secretary cashier, 2 Social worker, 19 Teachers, 4 Nannies,  Store keeper, 2 chicken keepers, librarian, 4 cooks, 2  janitor & 4 guards. We are indebted to our staff for their hard work and dedication in taking care of the kids with love and compassion.
